Over the years we have had a wide range of instrumentation from triple-quadrupole SIMS to liquid UPS.
Currently we are concentrating on ToFSIMS and in particular our Ionoptika J105 instrument fitted with C60 and giant gas cluster beams for 2D and 3D chemical imaging.
In addition we still utilize our Biotof instrument which is fitted with C60+ and Au+/Au3+ primary ion sources and a freeze-fracture stage.
